Dr. Roger Dorsey has served Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church as Pastor since October 2020. Dr. Dorsey becomes the fourth pastor in the church’s history following: Pastor Scott Mitchell, Pastor Earl Conner, and Pastor Harold Taylor (who was the founding pastor in 1973).
Roger was accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior on May 5, 1995, and went on to attend Liberty University where he earned his doctorate in Pastoral Theology.
He is a former Marine, having served 7 years as a Military Policeman and Presidential Support Specialist.
He is currently the Executive Director at Good Knights of Lorain County, where he builds beds for children who don’t have their own place to sleep.
